I had a great run today. Two miles, the first at a 13 minute pace, the second at a 10 minute pace.
My body & mind were both on board. I really want to best my time from last year's Turkey Trot. That's my goal. So I'll be training for that. I'd like to be running 10-12 miles a week.
That is all I have laid out before me. I hope I have encouraged you too to get out and get active.
